Talking about Bali, everyone agree that Bali has its magnet to lures you to be back, back, and back again. Sometimes you just can’t wait to finish packaging because Bali’s calling never give up to pull you to come. Either it’s with your bestfriends, boyfriend/girlfriend, family, co-worker, or even solo trip, Bali still has magnificient soul for you. Just like their slogan says “everyday is holiday in Bali.”
Here we go! I will share to you a must visit beach in Bali even when you’re just have one day shoot to explore.
I made a lot of list beaches. Because I love beach so much, my list ended up with full of beach names like Pandawa, Dreamland, Amed, Sanur, Legian, Padang-Padang, Geger, Green Bowl, Megiat Nusa Dua, and Waterblow. But unfortunately, I just visited a few of them. No time to visit all of them so I have to choose which one should I visit back then.
To add information about accomodation, we stayed at Loft Hotel. It’s located at Legian. If you are planning to go jog or do yoga in the morning at Legian beach, this hotel will only take you 10 minutes on walk to Legian Beach. I’m begging you to try jogging or yoga in the morning beside beach. It feels so different and fresh.
Because I was on family trip, we choose to rent a car plus driver to take us everywhere. His name is Yogi Adnyana. He is a local from Bali. We knew him from my cousin who have been with him last year. Besides his friendly personality, he will help you to arrange your tour in Bali. I gave him my list and he said ready!
First destinations means first list to be checked. Geger Beach was on my first list to visit. At first, I thought Geger Beach wouldn’t be this so beautiful because from the outside, it look barren but I was wrong at all. This photo below proved me that I feel like I’m going to heaven.
So hot yet fun. Those gradations color of beach really mezmerizing! As you can see those blue color sparkling towards you. I had dilemma between I want to just lying at the beach or taking photos. But… enjoy it first!
I only saw few tourists and locals in there. Maybe not everyone know about Geger yet.
Moreover, it made me in love with Geger Beach at the first sight. Still quiet and calm, oh also you can hear the birds singing clearly as an additional to complete your beach-hot-day.
Sadly we don’t have much time to explore Geger Beach. Oh, forgot to tell you, I saw a board that say you can do kayaking at Geger. Maybe next time you visit Geger, try kayaking and tell me your experience.
So, Geger Beach checked!
Second destination was the famous Pandawa Beach! My friends suggested me not to visit Pandawa because I will see a bundle of people in there. But I still want to visit Pandawa because I’m curious. When I saw Pandawa Beach at the beginning, I just can’t take a breath.
How can I just found out that in Indonesia there is a view like this?
I felt like in Maldives – which is I haven’t went to Maldives yet – but then, this is Indonesia!
My friends was right, I saw a bundle of people in there and less tourist. But then, I still mezmerized by its charm of Pandawa Beach. I saw many people, including tourist playing kayaking in Pandawa. Me included. You have to pay Rp 50.000 each person for one hour. If you want companion, you can ask the rent to be with you but you also have to pay them.
After I did kayaking, I took my time to just laying on the beach and enjoy the beautiful Pandawa with my family.
So, the famous Pandawa Beach checked!
Third destination was Padang-Padang Beach. And this is my last destination to visit beach. As I knew Padang-Padang Beach recommended by many instagram account, so why not to visit Padang-Padang too? I believe a famous place must be have hidden attractiveness.
To see those beautiful beach, you must take a downstair. Not so far, but still it cost so much effort because the path through Padang-Padang Beach is tight enough.
Because Padang-Padang Beach is a famous place, I’m not surprised if I see a bundle of people again just like when I went to Pandawa. As I said before, if a place is famous, it’s supposed to have hidden attractiveness that can lures you to be back and to share how good it is. And yes, Padang-Padang Beach proves it all. Eventhough I saw so many people in there, I’m agree that Padang-Padang has something that make me want to stay longer.
And wow, Padang-Padang Beach looks so beautiful in double when you see it like a bird. If you want to take a bird view like this, just climb a little near the changing room. And viola! This is what you will see. Enjoy!
So, Padang-Padang beach checked! I officially closed my page of my journey on beach hunter in Bali. I can say, one day shoot in Bali is never never enough. Sadly, I didn’t have time to see sunset at Kuta because of traffic jam hit us. Next time, I won’t miss any chance again to see sunset in Bali. So, see you very soon Bali!
